On day 7, half of the biology class will go into the math classroom and half of the math class will go into the biology classroom. The math students will teach the biology class something about fractals they learned on the Internet using their iPads. On day 8, the same thing will happen, but with the other half of the classes.

Through the use of this technology, the students will be able to address the essential question of "How can I generalize/ simply a seemingly complex fractal?". They will also be able to recognize "the patterns of fractal development and how we can describe them using Geometry.
